Returns and refunds

At Rich Skin Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.


Returns



  • We accept returns only for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or we made an error with your order.


Refunds



  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:



  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging


We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund if your claim is approved.


Non-Refundable Items


The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:



  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items

  • Gift cards


Order Cancellations


Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
