  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping



  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Information


Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Rich Skin Cosmetics is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.


Lost or Delayed Packages


Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, we’re happy to help guide you through the process.


Order Changes & Cancellations


Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.


Damaged Items


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review your claim.
